We are currently expanding our teams in China and looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our new location Jiaxing.
Your tasks:
* Managing project information and sourcing timeline according to project demand.
* Representative of purchasing team in project meetings
* Initiation of sourcing pipeline / SWAT.
* Working with commodity buyers for series supplier sourcing, achieving timing, capacity, quality and cost goals of the project.
* BOM management and target cost setting.
* Secure the supply chain during series production phase by fulfilling all the purchasing tasks with assigned suppliers.
* Conduct investigation/clarification with suppliers for capacity requirement
* Resolve issues regarding supplier delivery and quality.
* Optimizing material cost of products.
* Achievement of localization target in terms of cost, quality and timeline.
* Manage engineering changes for purchased components.
* Track and document changes on part
