BASIC FUNCTION:
Lab Technician is responsible to execute test and analysis of plastic materials (mainly PP/PE products), additives, fillers and samples produced by internal and external customers, to record the test results, to draft test and analysis report, to maintain the test instruments at good running conditions, to improve the technical analysis capability and develop new test method, and to build local database etc. Capability of help trouble- shooting within team, cross-function team, and facilitate necessary communication or demonstration to external visitors or customers, is also need, to support business activities.
實驗室技術員負責執行塑料材料（主要是聚丙烯PP/聚乙烯PE產品）、添加劑、填充劑以及內外部客戶生產的樣品的測試和分析，記錄測試結果，起草測試和分析報告，維護測試儀器的良好運行狀態，提升技術分析能力，開發新的測試方法，并建立本地數據庫等。此外，還需要具備在團隊內部、跨職能團隊中協助故障排除的能力，并能夠與外部訪客或客戶進行必要的溝通或演示，以支持業務活動。
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
61 Execute the test and analysis of polymer materials, additives, fillers and sample produced by internal and external customer requirements. 執行聚合物材料、添加劑、填充劑以及內外部客戶要求的樣品的測試與分析。
61 Provide credible test results clearly and timely base on professional operation and methods, and draft the test report in case required. 提供基于專業操作和方法的可靠測試結果，并清晰及時地出具測試報告。
61 Daily check, Independently maintain the equipment; Regularly execute calibration on equipment if necessary. 每日檢查，獨立維護設備；定期對設備進行校準
61 Be familiar with the equipment, independently able to draft the work instructions and update all WI timely. 熟悉設備，能夠獨立起草工作指導書并及時更新所有工作指導書
61 Be able to do the sample management and stimulate the process. 能夠進行樣品管理和流程優化
61 To study new test method and standard as regulatory requirements or new request by market and customers. 根據法規要求或市場和客戶的新需求，研究新的測試方法和標準
61 Improve the technical capability as the project owner for the new project application and management. 作為新項目應用和管理的項目負責人，提升技術能力
61 Coordinate with other team to carry out inspection more efficiently and effectively. 與其他團隊協調，更高效、有效地開展檢驗工作
61 Timely review the stock of reagents and disposable lab wares, estimate lead time and place order in SAP, to ensure the operation of equipment. 及時檢查試劑和一次性實驗室耗材的庫存，預估采購提前期，并在SAP系統中下單，以確保設備的運行
61 Compliance of data protection. 遵守數據保護規定

61 3-5 years of experience in polymer/chemical test in China, outstanding graduates with Master degree is also welcome. 在中國有3-5年聚合物/化學測試經驗，優秀的應屆碩士畢業生也歡迎應聘。
