主要職責(zé)Essential responsibilities and duties:

61 參與新項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計/試制/導(dǎo)入等工作，從可行性階段到啟動后質(zhì)量評估再到產(chǎn)品整個壽命。Participate in the design, trial-production and lead-in of new projects, from the feasibility stage to the quality assessment after startup to the whole life of products.
61 幫助進(jìn)行工程的故障模式和效應(yīng)分析，同時進(jìn)行質(zhì)量計劃活動，并監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品整個使用壽命的狀態(tài)。Assist in failure mode and effect analysis of the project, as well as quality planning activities and monitoring of the status of the product throughout its life.
61 針對產(chǎn)生的缺陷，發(fā)現(xiàn)其產(chǎn)生的原因，并就控制和改進(jìn)方面提出建議，參與客戶相關(guān)質(zhì)量問題的分析和改進(jìn)。Identify the cause of defects and make recommendations on control and improvement. Participate in the analysis and improvement of customer quality issues.
61 對所管理的人員進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)，確保有能力勝任工作，確保操作者關(guān)于產(chǎn)品、POKA YOKE驗(yàn)證和S/R要求都經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)并且掌握。Conduct coaching and training for the people under management to ensure that they are competent and that the operators are trained and master the products, POKA YOKE and S/R requirements.
61 負(fù)責(zé)對內(nèi)部過程相關(guān)質(zhì)量文件的編寫，執(zhí)行，監(jiān)控和必要的更改，確保產(chǎn)品和過程變更是按照指導(dǎo)要求，并參與P-FMEA團(tuán)隊。與工作站相關(guān)的質(zhì)量文件如標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化指導(dǎo)書、返工指導(dǎo)書等必需保證與控制計劃一致。Responsible for the preparation, implementation, monitoring and necessary changes of internal process related quality documents, ensuring that product and process changes are made in accordance with the instructions, and participating in the p-fmea team.Work station related quality documents such as standardized instructions, rework instructions, etc. must be consistent with the control plan.
61 負(fù)責(zé)對所有生產(chǎn)方法以及產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)方法與質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的一致性的評估和審查。Responsible for evaluating and reviewing all production methods and product improvement methods for consistency with quality standards.
61 監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)過程，完成和更新批量生產(chǎn)控制計劃并檢查控制計劃實(shí)施有效性，發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在的質(zhì)量隱患，并在出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題時及時處理，采取糾正預(yù)防措施，對于分享的S/R警報能夠培訓(xùn)到班長。Monitor the production process, complete and update the batch production control plan and check the effectiveness of the implementation of the control plan, find potential quality risks, deal with quality problems in time, take corrective and preventive measures, and train the monitor for Shared S/R alerts.
61 收集并整理質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)，制定質(zhì)量報告，分析并監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量趨勢。Collect and organize quality data, develop quality reports, analyze and monitor product quality trends.
61 積極參加內(nèi)部客戶和外部客戶問題的QRCI及8D小組解決質(zhì)量問題，保證24H圍堵完成。Actively participate in the QRCI and 8D team for internal and external customer problems to solve quality problems and ensure the completion of 24H containment.
61 完成上級交代的其他任務(wù)。Complete other task assigned by manager.

資格要求Qualifications :
理想候選人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:
61 教育背景/Education: 本科學(xué)歷以上，理工科專業(yè)優(yōu)先。Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Mechanical.
61 經(jīng)驗(yàn)/ Experience: 在汽車相關(guān)行業(yè)有至少3年的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。At least 3 years relevant experience in automotive industry.
技術(shù)和能力/ Skills and competencies:
61 語言能力/Language: 英文聽說讀寫滿足工作要求。English listening, speaking, reading and writing meet job requirements.
