YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Achieving sales target through drug store or end user education 實現銷售指 標;
Establishing sales plan and scheduling own activities to implement sales plan in the field that include developing visiting agenda so that these targets are met 建立并通過各項 活動和拜訪來執行銷 售計劃;
Being in charge of monitor / manage pricing among clients 控制預算;

Identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business 與客戶保持良好的關系;

Sr. Retail Sales Representative: Being good at driving / delivery client education independently. 能夠獨立 的進行客戶溝通及店員教 育
Retail Sales Specialist: Playing an independent role on client management and supporting DSM in terms of coaching team for product learning/ client data analysis. 能夠獨立的進行客戶管理，支持地區經理的管理工 作，如對團隊成員進行產品知識培訓，銷售數據，客戶數據分析等
Supporting DSM to conduct KA contract negotiation and renewal. 能夠支持地區經理進行重要客戶的合作談判及協議簽署等工作。


WHO YOU ARE


Education level: higher than college degree 大專以上文化程度
Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving problems 良好的領導能力， 口頭和書面表達能力，溝通能力，解決問題能力。
Being integrity and positive 為人正直，積極向上。
Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry 在OTC行業或者跨國零售 業的快消行業的相關工作經驗

Retail Rep (junior): No working experience required, but medical/ clinic education background is preferred. 無需工作經歷，醫療教育背景優先。
Retail Rep: At least 1 year, typically in charge of 100 drugstore mgmt. 至少一年，***管理過 100家藥店。
Sr. Retail Rep: At least 3 years in retails sales function 至少三年零售銷售經驗
Retail Sales Specialist: At least 4 years in retails sales function 至少 四年零售銷售經驗
