YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieving sales target through drug store or end user education 實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售指 標(biāo);
Establishing sales plan and scheduling own activities to implement sales plan in the field that include developing visiting agenda so that these targets are met 建立并通過各項 活動和拜訪來執(zhí)行銷 售計劃;
Being in charge of monitor / manage pricing among clients 控制預(yù)算;
Executing product education to drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services when visiting existing and new customers 在拜訪消費(fèi)者時對藥店 人員進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn);
Identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business 與客戶保持良好的關(guān)系;
Referring sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands 及時反饋市場信息給各類部門來調(diào)整各項策略;
Sr. Retail Sales Representative: Being good at driving / delivery client education independently. 能夠獨(dú)立 的進(jìn)行客戶溝通及店員教 育
Retail Sales Specialist: Playing an independent role on client management and supporting DSM in terms of coaching team for product learning/ client data analysis. 能夠獨(dú)立的進(jìn)行客戶管理,支持地區(qū)經(jīng)理的管理工 作,如對團(tuán)隊成員進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品知識培訓(xùn),銷售數(shù)據(jù),客戶數(shù)據(jù)分析等
Supporting DSM to conduct KA contract negotiation and renewal. 能夠支持地區(qū)經(jīng)理進(jìn)行重要客戶的合作談判及協(xié)議簽署等工作。
WHO YOU ARE
Education level: higher than college degree 大專以上文化程度
Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving problems 良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力, 口頭和書面表達(dá)能力,溝通能力,解決問題能力。
Being integrity and positive 為人正直,積極向上。
Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry 在OTC行業(yè)或者跨國零售 業(yè)的快消行業(yè)的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Retail Rep (junior): No working experience required, but medical/ clinic education background is preferred. 無需工作經(jīng)歷,醫(yī)療教育背景優(yōu)先。
Retail Rep: At least 1 year, typically in charge of 100 drugstore mgmt. 至少一年,***管理過 100家藥店。
Sr. Retail Rep: At least 3 years in retails sales function 至少三年零售銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Retail Sales Specialist: At least 4 years in retails sales function 至少 四年零售銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)
