商業卓越運營負責人 Head of Commercial Exellence
工作范圍 Position summary
This role will take initiative to optimize commercial operation excellence, improve sales effectiveness, and drive revenue growth. Support commercial department to drive efficiency and effectiveness by implementation and improvement of sales force, market access, commercial training, target allocation, business intelligence and multichannel activities to achieve best results.
持續優化商業板塊的卓越運營,提升銷售效率,并推動收入增長。通過提高銷售團隊效能、推進市場準入、商業培訓、目標分配等策略,支持商業板塊提升效率效能。
主要職責Major Duties and Responsibilities
61 Develop a strong collaborative relationship to understand, empower and support field sales teams, including CanSino in-house sales teams and CSO teams, through strategic guidance, tools, trainings and best practice to maximize the impact and efficiency of sales resource.
通過給出策略層面的建議與指引、優化流程與工具、經驗萃取分享與培訓等賦能來***程度地助力業務增長以及提升業務運營效率,切實支持商業板塊的銷售推廣工作與團隊,包括康希諾直營與CSO模式。
61Provide business insights based on profound and robust data analysis to ensure commercial target, execution planning, financial planning fitting to the business nature and business strategies.
基于扎實和深入的內外部業務結果與過程數據分析,提供有價值的商業洞察,確保商業目標、執行計劃和財務目標符合公司戰略。
61Establish and maintain data analysis and decision making frameworks, processes and systems to manage all sales results and behaviors related initiatives and tasks such as target setting, performance evaluation and motivation scheme.
在數據分析的基礎之上,建立對銷售結果與過程的目標設定與績效評價的體系與系統,科學地設計制定各項相關的針對銷售團隊的政策、指引與要求,參與和支持銷售團隊的績效管理。
