工作職責(zé)
● Achieving sales target through drug store or end user education 實(shí)現(xiàn)銷(xiāo)售指 標(biāo);
● Establishing sales plan and scheduling own activities to implement sales plan in the field that include developing visiting agenda so thatthese targets are met 建立并通過(guò)各項(xiàng) 活動(dòng)和拜訪(fǎng)來(lái)執(zhí)行銷(xiāo) 售計(jì)劃;
● Being in charge of monitor / manage pricing among clients 控制預(yù)算;
● Executing product education to drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services when visiting existing and new customers 在拜訪(fǎng)消費(fèi)者時(shí)對(duì)藥店 人員進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn);
● Identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business 與客戶(hù)保持良好的關(guān)系;
● 6 .Referring sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands 及時(shí)反饋市場(chǎng)信息給各類(lèi)部門(mén)來(lái)調(diào)整各項(xiàng)策略; Sr. Retail Sales Representative:
● Being good at driving / delivery client education independently. 能夠獨(dú)立 的進(jìn)行客戶(hù)溝通及店員教 育 Retail Sales Specialist: 7. Playing an independent role on client management and supporting DSM in terms of coaching team for product learning/ client data analysis. 能夠獨(dú)立的進(jìn)行客戶(hù)管理,支持地區(qū)經(jīng)理的管理工 作,如對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品知識(shí)培訓(xùn),銷(xiāo)售數(shù)據(jù),客戶(hù)數(shù)據(jù)分析等
● Supporting DSM to conduct KA contract negotiation and renewal. 能夠支持地區(qū)經(jīng)理進(jìn)行重要客戶(hù)的合作談判及協(xié)議簽署等工作。
任職要求
● Education level: higher than college degree 大專(zhuān)以上文化程度
● Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving problems 良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力, 口頭和書(shū)面表達(dá)能力,溝通能力,解決問(wèn)題能力。
● Being integrity and positive 為人正直,積極向上。
● Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry 在OTC行業(yè)或者跨國(guó)零售 業(yè)的快消行業(yè)的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
● Retail Rep (junior): No working experience required, but medical/ clinic education background is preferred. 無(wú)需工作經(jīng)歷,醫(yī)療教育背景優(yōu)先。
● Retail Rep: At least 1 year, typically in charge of 100 drugstore mgmt. 至少一年,***管理過(guò) 100家藥店。
● Sr. Retail Rep: At least 3 years in retails sales function 至少三年零售銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)
● Retail Sales Specialist: At least 4 years in retails sales function 至少 四年零售銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)
