1、Responsible for actively providing exclusive service for consumers, guiding sales transactions to ensure the improvement of conversion rate and achievements of customer service sales targets.
積極為消費者提供專業的售前導購服務，引導銷售成交，確保提升轉化率，達成客服銷售目標
2、Responsible for identifying and accurately grasping the consumers' purchase need to provide professional product guide service and satisfied shopping experience.
識別并準確把握消費者的購買需求，提供專業的產品導購服務，及令消費者滿意的購物體驗
3、Responsible for implementing product sales and follow-up conversion to improve sales and customer unit price according to the store's sales strategy and objectives.
根據店鋪的銷售策略和目標，實施產品銷售和跟單轉化，提高銷售額和客單價
4、Responsible for collecting and feeding back consumer need and suggestions on store page optimization, promotion mechanism innovation to promote sales opportunities.
收集并反饋消費者的需求、店鋪頁面優化、促銷機制創新等建議，推動銷售機會
