Job description工作職責:
1.Responsible for new mechanical part (metal/ plastic and related) design and release for new product;
負責新項目中機械部件的設計和釋放
2.Responsible for new part's supplier technical evaluation and new part's cost analysis, optimization;
負責新部件供應商的技術評估和成本分析改善
3.Responsible for new part's design review to ensure design quality;
負責新部件的設計評審以確保設計質量
4. Responsible for new part design and solve related issues which related with design;
負責部件在設計過程中的技術問題解決
5.Handle lifecycle issue in series production including quality improvement, cost down；
負責產品生命周期管理中的質量改善和成本優化


Requirements任職資格：
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in "Mechatronic Engineering " or "Automation" or related majors;
本科或以上學歷，機械電子工程或自動化及其相關專業;
2. Good command of UG or Pro-E skill; CAE is preferred
熟練掌握UG或Pro-E繪圖軟件; 具備CAE能力優先
3. Experience in design of plastic part and metal plate; experience in motor part design preferred
熟悉注塑以及鈑金產品的設計；有電機產品設計經驗優先
4. Understand in development tools usage (e.g. PDP, DoE, tolerance calculation, FMEA，DFM)
了解研發中各種使用的工具方法
5. Good English skill, both in speaking and writing;
良好的英語聽說能力;
6. Good communication and coordination skills;
良好的溝通協調能力;
