工作職責 Job description：
1. 制訂年度設計師渠道整體規(guī)劃的目標和政策，戰(zhàn)略設計公司合作規(guī)劃 / Formulate the target and policies of the annual designer channel, strategic design company cooperation planning ；
2. 運營和維護設計師合作的小程序平臺和設計師帶單系統 / Operate and maintain the mini program platform for designer cooperation and the designer business system；
3. 策劃和執(zhí)行具有全國影響力的設計師活動來提升設計師圈層的影響力 / Plan and execute designer activities with national influence to enhance the influence on the designers’ circle；
4. 提煉設計師合作模式，協調和賦能銷售大區(qū) / Refine the designer cooperation model, coordinate and empower sales clusters；
5. 開發(fā)設計師工具，用設計師喜聞樂見的方式幫助設計師解決家電設計中的難點 / Develop tools to help designers solve the difficulties in home appliance design；
6. 執(zhí)行總部戰(zhàn)略重點設計師的拜訪和關系維護 / Implement HQ’s strategic focus on the designer's visit and relationship maintenance。
專業(yè)資質要求 Professional Requirements：
1. 本科及以上，市場、設計、管理相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先 / Bachelor's degree or above, Marketing、Design、management and other related majors;
2. 英語6級以上，口語流利 / CET-6 or above English fluent;
具備3年及以上家具、建材行業(yè)的設計師合作的相關工作經驗 / With 3 years and more relevant work experience in designer cooperation of furniture
