工作職責




* Achieving sales target through drug store or end user education 實現銷售指標;
* Establishing sales plan and scheduling own activities to implement sales
plan in the field that include developing visiting agenda so that these targets

* Being in charge of monitor / manage pricing among clients 控制預算;
* Executing product education to drugstore keepers by assessing customer
needs and suggesting appropriate products and services when visiting existing

* Identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and building
positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business

* Referring sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor

Sr. Retail Sales Representative:
* Being good at driving / delivery client education independently. 能夠獨立
的進行客戶溝通及店員教育 Retail Sales Specialist:
* Playing an independent role on client management and supporting DSM in
terms of coaching team for product learning/ client data analysis.能夠
獨立的進行客戶管理，支持地區經理的管理工作，如對團隊成員進行產品知識培訓，銷售數據，客戶數據分析等
* Supporting DSM to conduct KA contract negotiation and renewal.
能夠支持地區經理進行重要客戶的合作談判及協議簽署等工作



任職要求




* Education level: higher than college degree 大專以上文化程度
* Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving
problems良好的領導能力，口頭和書面表達能力，溝通能力，解決問題能力。
* Being integrity and positive 為人正直，積極向上。
* Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry 在OTC
行業或者跨國零售業的快消行業的相關工作經驗 。Retail Rep (junior): No working experience required, but
medical/ clinic education background is preferred.無需工作經歷，醫療教育背景優先；Retail Rep:
At least 1 year, typically in charge of 100 drugstore mgmt.至少一年，***管理過100家藥店；Sr.
Retail Rep: At least 3 years in retails sales function至少三年零售銷售經驗 ；Retail Sales
Specialist: At least 4 years in retails sales function至少四年零售銷售經驗
