Qualifications：
1.本科學歷
1. Full-time university education background.Bachelor degree or above
2.機電一體化，或相關理工科專業
Mechatronics Engineering, or relevant
3.具備成熟的項目管理經驗
Experienced on Project Management Experience
4.具有推動持續改善項目的經驗
Maturity on leading continuous improvement program
5.具有精益生產的相關經驗
Experienced on Lean Practice
6.5年以上汽車行業經驗
More than 5 years in Automotive industry
7.具有數字化實踐經驗的優先考慮
Better if experience on digitalization practice
8.兩年以上管理團隊的經驗
More than 2 years experience on leading people
9.具有跨文化溝通經驗者優先考慮
Better if experienced on international culture/communication
