工作職責
* 負責2個以上的省區至少包含一個權重大省;Being responsible for more than 2 provinces including
at least one key province.
* 負責兩個NKA總部管理,包括年度協議談判,階段性活動的談判與執行,和九州通銷售團隊緊密配合,確保NKA協議在各個分部落地執行。
* 事業部年度銷售策略傳達及培訓;Annual sales strategy communication and training of China BU.
* 輔導幫助合作伙伴九州通對省區生意及人員進行規劃,確保銷售策略的有效執行落地;Guide and help the partner Jointown
to plan the provincial business and personnel to ensure the effective
implementation of sales strategy.
* 輔導幫助合作伙伴制定合理的市場活動方案并跟進落實;guide and help partners to develop reasonable
marketing activity plans and followed up their implementation
* 對合作伙伴團隊人員進行培訓,提升人員銷售技能; conduct training for partner team members to
improve their sales skills.
* 運用信息化工具,業務數據分析來輔導九州通人員洞察生意機會,提升業務能力,以實現業務目標;Use information tools and
business data analysis to guide Jointown staff to gain insight into business
opportunities, improve business capabilities and achieve business goals;
* 與九州通團隊合作創新實踐B2B線上推廣;Cooperate with Jointown team to innovate and practice
B2B online promotion;
* 終端市場監督及檢查,發現問題,制定相應的改進計劃,并對改進計劃進行跟進 和評估;Supervise and inspect the terminal
market, find problems, formulate corresponding improvement plans, follow up and
evaluate the improvement plans;
* 通過團隊合作,全面輔導和賦能九州通,按季度打造標準樣板市場;Through teamwork, comprehensive guidance and
empowerment of Jointown, build a standard model market on a quarterly basis
* 推動市場銷售和活動并激勵所輔導團隊完成KPI,提高關鍵市場的市場份額; Promote market sales and activities and
motivate the coaching team
任職要求
* 較強的業務規劃能力; Strong business planning ability
* 較強的影響力,優秀的培訓和輔導能力;Strong influence, excellent training and coaching skills
* 較強的數據分析能力和商業洞察能力;Strong data analysis ability and business insight ability
* 8年以上銷售管理及5年以上團隊管理經驗;More than 8 years of sales management and more than 5
years of team management experience
* 本科以上醫藥或營銷相關專業;Bachelor degree or above in medicine or marketing related
majors.
