工作職責
* Actively promote the New products in region in order to achieve the sales
targets.推動大區新產品銷售目標達成,
* Make regional customer plan and marketing plan according to the marketing
strategy of the whole company, assist and promote the implementation of sales
team.結合公司市場部推廣策略,制定區域內的客戶計劃和市場計劃,并推動銷售團隊推廣和落實。
* Collect and give timely feedbacks of market information and insight.
收集和反饋市場信息
* Data collation and analysis:find out problems and opportunities through
internal and external data analysis, and assist to solve the problems.
數據整理和分析,通過內部和外部的數據分析,找出問題和機會,并協助制定解決方案
* Assist the regional manager to make BP plan for New products of key
customers, and visit them regularly.協助地區經理制定區域內重點客戶新產品BP計劃,并定期進行重點客戶的 協同拜訪
* Manage and monitor the input of the New products, as well as control the
ROI reasonably.新產品投入和資源的有效管理和監控,合理控制ROI
* Cooperate and coordinate with the sales team for New products’ project.
做好與銷售團隊新品工作的各項服務和配合
* Organize and participate in internal and external training meetings of New
products, in order to make sure our sales representatives and external
customers are familiar with the product knowledges and selling points.
組織和參與新產品內部和外部的培訓會,確保銷售人員,外部客戶熟練掌握和運用產品知識和賣點。
任職要求
* Education level: higher than college degree 大專以上文化程度
* Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving
problems良好的領導能力, 口頭和書面表達能力,溝通能力,解決問題能力。
* Being integrity and positive 為人正直,積極向上。
* Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry 在OTC
行業或者跨國零售 業的快消行業的相關工作經驗
* Retail Rep (junior): No working experience required, but medical/ clinic
education background is preferred.無需工作經歷,醫療教育背景優先。
* Nutrition Specialist: At least 3 years in retails sales function 至少三年零 售銷售經驗
* Senior Nutrition Specialist: At least 4 years in retails sales function
