- Contributes to team strategy (short term, Long term) and target deployment
- Set priorities in daily management and Improvement activities
- Develop direct area competence to fit for future
- Lead safety and quality improvement activities in production lines
- Lead cost reduction by lean production method
- Lead the productivity improvement activities like OEE improvement and CT reduction
- Problem solving and CIP in production line
- Training and developing for direct area leadership
