？Assesses industry supply chain quality management service market competition by comparing the company's service product to competitors' service

？Recommends the nature and scope of present and future service by researching market and relevant industrial information and appraising new service ideas and/or changes.
設計和規(guī)劃服務 框架，升級現(xiàn)有服務或提出新的服務模型
Marketing and Pre-Sales support 市場及銷售技術支持 （20%）
？Introduces and markets new service products with sales, advertising, and operations .
配合市場、銷售以及運營團隊推廣新服務
？Working with sales team to develop service sales strategies and product marketing communication objectives ,answering questions and requests
應對客戶有關技術咨詢，為服務產(chǎn)品的銷售和市場活動提供必要的技術支持
Project management 項目管理 （20%）
？Lead the project team from cross function team and drives new service project by time schedule management

？Maintains professional and technical knowledge by driving educational workshops for knowledge transition.

Quality Assurance 質(zhì)量保證體系 （40%）
？Create a strategic roadmap for quality and compliance management system, drives a world class Quality and compliance operation to help enhance customer experience to HQTS
負責 HQTS集團質(zhì)量及合規(guī)體系的規(guī)劃，建立服務質(zhì)量及合規(guī)控制流程，完善和優(yōu)化服務運營流程，改善服務質(zhì)量，提高客戶滿意度。
？Accountable for meeting compliance requirements of external Management System standard for such as ,but bit limited to , ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17020, ISO 17025，ISO17065
建立和維護 集團公司相關管理體系，包括但不限于 - ISO9001, ISO 14001 . ISO 45001， ISO 17020 , ISO 17025 ,ISO17065 ,ISO17021。
？Accountable for overseeing the organization’s compliance program including coordinating with company management to identify potential risks, implementing policies , procedures and best practice to uphold laws and regulations, and monitoring the company’s adherence to those policies and procedures.
建立和維護集團公司合規(guī)體系, 策劃相應的風險評估流程，建立相應政策、管制流程以及良好規(guī)范，保證公司及下屬機構的運營符合相關法規(guī)或行業(yè)協(xié)會的要求
？Drives the improvement project, as one catalyst for change management and process improvement throughout the organization, identify gaps and propose effective solutions to drive initiatives on Operational quality and efficiency.
對集團及分支機構的運營流程進行診斷和變革，開展重大改善、降低成本等優(yōu)化項目
Qualifications 技能要求
？Bachelor Degree of Mechatronics or electrical engineering
機電工程專業(yè) ，本科以上學位
？Above 3 years of proven experience working with electromechanical systems, preferably in the renewable energy industry especially for solar or wind and storage industry
3 年或以上新能源領域（光伏、風能以及儲能）機電工程項目背景
？Experience in high and low voltage transmission and distribution equipment fabrication engineering is preferred
有高低壓輸配電設備制造經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮
？Hands-on experiences to drive and work with third party (TPI) for inspection service. With significant understanding for TPI’s service provision service.Be able to provide the consultant level improvement solution from the view of customers
主導過第三方檢驗服務的質(zhì)量管理 ，對第三方檢驗服務流程有深刻的認識并能從客戶視角提出相應的改善咨詢方案。
？Well understand at least one part of the quality standards like ISO9001, ISO17020, ISO 17025, ISO17065 and others, understand test lab, third party inspection, social standard
至少對QS 、EHS、TS、 ISO17020, ISO17065 ,ISO 17025 及其他質(zhì)量體系標準中的一個或以上標準有深刻的了解
？Certified auditor from CCAA or other IRAC with the one of the following standard （not limited ）is preferred: ISO9001/TS16949/ISO14000/ SA8000 /ISO5001/ ISO14064 and others is preferred
有以下一個或多個體系CCAA或IRAC注冊審核員資格者優(yōu)選 , 包括但不限于ISO9001/TS16949/ISO14000/ SA8000 /ISO5001/ ISO14064 以及其他相關體系認證資質(zhì)
？Strong team player and builds trust and confidence with cross function team, be able to connect with teams at all levels within the organization. A hands-on management style and leadership with excellent interpersonal and influence skills;
