崗位職責：
1. Understanding of agile concepts and principles, and foster a continuous learning environment helping teams to inspect and adapt
2. Facilitates Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retro, daily stand-up by fostering the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, and through pre-and post-Planning me
任職要求：
1. Experience in agile concept, devops and IT product development life cycle
2. Experienced with servant leadership, conf ident and inspirational, and is able to convey goal and purpose, while encouraging self organization
3. Hands-on experience in setting up and executing
