Cash payment process

Finance policy/procedures delivering
1. Response to employees about the inquires on the finance policies/procedures
Finance projects and Ad Hoc Projects
1. Assist in the finance projects within the function or cross-function to streamline the accounting process and support on the business decision
2. Support Account Supervisor in setting strategy for the function, including how to identify and implement the best practice for the team’s functionality
3. Assist in all ad hoc projects / tasks
4. A little bit AP experience
Knowledge:
1. General understanding and knowledge of multinational companies operating structure, legal, control and accounting and financial reporting environment
2. Be able to perform quality accounts analysis
3. ERP/accounting system proficiency, e.g. eSAP/Hyperion/Oracle, etc.
4. Proficient in China local GAAP and related statutory regulations
5. Knowledge of internal control over financial reporting under SOX principles
6. General IT proficiency, e.g. familiarity with MS Office computer such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Skills:
1. Proficient in English verbal and written skills
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong sense of cooperation
3. Proficient in responding to internal/external inquiries
4. Address issues by identifying appropriate alternatives for timely resolution, and identify issues that require escalation.
5. Interpret and operationalize applicable accounting policies and procedures.
6. Prepare written communications in a clear and concise manner.
7. Demonstrates qualities (e.g., ethics, integrity, expertise) that establish credibility with all internal and external constituents.
8. Integrity, accurateness, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure
Experience/Education:
Experience
1. 1-2 years of working experience, with minimum of 1 years’ experience in Accounting Operation (Bank/Payable etc.).
Education and/or Certifications
1. Bachelor’s degree majored in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
2. Preferred Intermediate accounting certificate or equivalent.
