What are my responsibilities?? Responsible for the real estate related projects
management within Siemens SMD business # Innomotics.? As internal service
provider for project management, we have a holistic responsibility over costs,
timelines, quality, organization, and safety, from the first feasibility study
until the handover and beyond till the end of the warranty.? Self-responsible
Management of construction projects, fit-out projects, maintenance projects of
industrial factories and office buildings from initiation, planning, execution,
to close-out with providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with
quality, sustainability and EHS standards, to ensure completion within schedule
and budget, in accordance with the companies’ standards, policies and
procedures.? Leading a project team of internal experts and external partners,
communicate with stakeholders and work with supporting functions to develop
project agreements with scope of work, schedules, and budgets as well as to
lead the preparation of project specific investment applications.? You are
responsible to obtain necessary internal and external approvals, including the
necessary cooperation with authorities to ensure local legal requirements.
During the construction project you fulfil respective controlling tasks to
ensure compliance with the obtained approvals.? Conduct project board and
steering committee meetings to review the project status with the business and
function leaders, lead weekly meetings and any other communication required to
manage a project successfully.? Knowledge in project programming, schedule
planning
