工作職責：
1. According to group and plant policy to establish and implement the preventive maintenance system of utility equipment.
確保貫徹集團有關政策規定,負責建立公司設備、設施、建筑物的預防性維護保養體系。
2. Provide supply of utility system, include water、electricity、steam、air-conditioner、DI water and waste water treatment etc. to meet the need of production ，ensure steam 、compressed air 、HAVC 、water … conform to quality requirement.
保證所有通用工程設施(包括水、電、蒸汽、空調、純水及廢水處理等)的正常供應，確保生產能得以安全,正常進行，確保蒸汽、壓縮空氣、空調系統、工廠用水等符合質量要求。
3. Being responsible for calibration and supervision of all the monitoring and measurement instruments to be Located in all the departments , identification following quality requirement，and be responsible to special equipment management.
負責各部門所轄監視和測量裝置的校驗和監管,并按質量要求標識監視、測量裝置，并負責特種設備的定期檢測。
4. Management of Maintenance team, contractors.
管理工程維護小組和相關承包商
5. Be responsible to management of department spare parts and other material use in department.
負責部門相關輔料（辦公用品、低值易耗品等）及備件的管理。
6. According as financing plan, control expenses
根據公司資金計劃, 合理使用和控制費用。
7. Participate extension project and other project which influent utility and building ensure handover or intervention of utility system.
參與擴建項目或其它對通用設施、建筑物有影響的項目，確認順利交接或控制影響。
8. Improve team’s ability on technical, give training to person with professional and integrative capacity.
提高所帶領團隊的技術能力并實施交叉培訓，培養一專多能的人員。

任職要求
1. 統招本科及以上學歷，電氣工程、動力工程、暖通工程等工程專業背景優先。
2. 10年以上設施支持及維護領域監督管理I經驗。
3. 有較強的責任心和執行力，良好的團隊協作能力，溝通能力。
4. 英語口語及書寫流利。
