Degree or above with engineering backgroundExperience?Experience of working within an international matrix-organization and adapt easily to different cultures?Experience in understanding and defining customer needs.?Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering related field?Minimum 2 years of project management experience?PMP certification is a plusKnowledge?Knowledge of Motor Vehicle and/or General Industry segments are a plus?Understanding of competition and product positioning?Good knowledge about project management tools, theory and goal setting?Understanding of mechanical/electrical/software design?MS office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Lotus NotesLanguage Fluent (spoken
