職位描述：
主要職責與衡量標準main responsibility & measurement criteria
1、獨立組織完成產(chǎn)品開發(fā)工作和控制開發(fā)過程中的成本，質量和時間。

2、客戶交付:根據(jù)與內外部客戶確認的時間節(jié)點,確保無缺陷交付
customer delivery: ensure the defect-free delivery according to the confirmed time schedule with internal and external customer
3、支持報價及va/ve活動
support project quotation and vave activities
4、確保在njtc的開發(fā)流程框架下管理項目
ensure the project management in the framework of njtc development process
5、參與流程改進和經(jīng)驗教訓總結.
participate in process improvement and lesson learned
6、項目工程更改管理:管理和控制項目工程更改，確保滿足或超越項目工程更改的目標
project change management: manage the project cr and ensure to meet or exceed the project targets
上崗條件job requirements
1、具有3年或以上汽車行業(yè)相關經(jīng)驗，以及1年以上相關項目管理經(jīng)驗
more than 3 years’ experience of automotive industry, 1 year of the relevant project management experience
2、具有項目管理知識和豐富的項目經(jīng)驗，熟悉項目管理方法和工具，比較深入了解汽車電子產(chǎn)品功能模塊和軟件開發(fā)流程
have project management knowledge and rich project experience
familiar with the methods and tools of project management
deep understand the automotive electronic products function modules and software development process
3、熟悉ts16949和qs9000質量體系，了解iso14000標準
familiar with ts16949 and qs9000 quality system，knowledge of iso14000 standards
4、熟悉公司產(chǎn)品開發(fā)vpds和cmmi流程
familiar with vpds and cmmi process
5、勇于承擔責任，善于溝通和激勵
