5、參與流程改進(jìn)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)總結(jié).
participate in process improvement and lesson learned
6、項(xiàng)目工程更改管理:管理和控制項(xiàng)目工程更改，確保滿足或超越項(xiàng)目工程更改的目標(biāo)
project change management: manage the project cr and ensure to meet or exceed the project targets
7、對新員工進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo), 協(xié)作主管開展項(xiàng)目管理
coach the new comers, assist the supervisor to manage the project
任職要求：
1、具有5年或以上汽車行業(yè)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及3年以上相關(guān)項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
more than 5 years’ experience of automotive industry, 3 years of the relevant project management experience
2、具有項(xiàng)目管理知識和豐富的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉項(xiàng)目管理方法和工具，比較深入了解汽車電子產(chǎn)品功能模塊和軟件開發(fā)流程
have project management knowledge and rich project experience
familiar with the methods and tools of project management
deep understand the automotive electronic products function modules and software development process
3、熟悉ts16949和qs9000質(zhì)量體系，了解iso14000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
familiar with ts16949 and qs9000 quality system，knowledge of iso14000 standards
4、熟悉公司產(chǎn)品開發(fā)vpds和cmmi流程
familiar with vpds and cmmi process
5、勇于承擔(dān)責(zé)任，善于溝通和激勵(lì)
