職位描述:
1. 完成管轄區(qū)域銷售額目標(biāo),參與制定并實(shí)施銷售策略
2. 負(fù)責(zé)管轄區(qū)域老客戶維護(hù)及再開發(fā)、新客戶開發(fā)和需求挖掘
3. 負(fù)責(zé)管轄區(qū)域海外代理商開發(fā)及管理
4. 負(fù)責(zé)管轄區(qū)域商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)判斷、技術(shù)方案溝通、價(jià)格談判、合約簽訂及執(zhí)行跟進(jìn)
5. 負(fù)責(zé)為客戶提供售前售后技術(shù)支持與服務(wù);
6. 負(fù)責(zé)海外客戶、市場(chǎng)信息及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息的及時(shí)收集及整理
7. 制定海外客戶拜訪計(jì)劃,參加行業(yè)相關(guān)展會(huì)
8. 定期提交銷售規(guī)劃、市場(chǎng)預(yù)測(cè)及市場(chǎng)分析報(bào)告
9. 及時(shí)跟進(jìn)銷售回款,避免壞賬、呆賬
任職要求:
1. 理工科相關(guān)專業(yè),光電行業(yè)相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2. 本科畢業(yè)5年以上,碩士畢業(yè)2年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. 從事b2b海外銷售工作2年以上
4. 有海外工作、學(xué)習(xí)者優(yōu)先
5. 有世界500強(qiáng)工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先
6. 熟練的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力,英語作為工作語言

1. realization of sales target and implementation of sales strategies
2. maintenance and redevelopment of existing accounts, and development of new accounts
3. development and management of overseas distributors
4. identifying business opportunities, discussing technical proposals, pursuing and capturing the new contracts, negotiation of the contract terms and final closure of the contract
5. before and after sales support to customers
6. collection and documentation of customer, market and competitor information
7. planning of business trips and attending relevant exhibitions
8. periodical submission of sales planning and sales forecast
9. payment collocation
qualification
1. bachelor’s degree or above, science or engineering majored
2. 5 year working experience for bachelor degree candidate; 2 year working experience for master degree candidate
3. minimum 2 year b2b sales working experience
4. candidate with overseas working / study experience preferred
5. candidate with working experience at fortune 500 company preferred
6. good command of english as working language
