一、教研序列：教授/副教授/助理教授（10個崗位）

1.招聘方向

1）工業設計（2）：產品設計/人性化體驗設計/互動設計/媒體設計/產品系統設計；

2）智能制造（2）：控制與優化/機器人/工業自動化/網絡物理系統/分布式系統/自主系統；

3）材料科學與工程（1）：功能材料/軟材料/導電聚合物傳感器/功能磁性材料/超材料；

4）機械工程（2）：固體結構力學/流體力學/流固耦合/空氣動力學/計算力學/熱力學/傳熱；

5）電氣與電子工程（1）：物理和mems傳感、化學傳感、生物特征和生物醫學傳感、多物理/多模態傳感器仿真、計算傳感、傳感器網絡和傳感器融合；

6）計算機工程（1）：計算機體系結構，通信和信息理論，分布式系統，網絡優化，機器學習，霧計算和邊緣計算，信號處理；

7）系統管理（1）：管理科學/工業工程/運籌學/系統與控制/優化/決策科學。

2.崗位職責

1）以新工科教育模式，面向相關學科的研究生和本科生開展講座、實踐和輔導；

2）管理本科生和研究生；

3）在相關學科前沿建立強有力的研究項目，并從事其他學術活動；

4）協助學院、課程管理以及課程開發相關工作；

5）執行院長或其代表交辦的其他工作。

3.招聘要求

1）具有相關學科博士學位；

2）具有相關的教學科研崗位任職經驗；

3）在國際同行評議期刊上有良好的發表記錄；

4）設計類職位的資格要求包括：

a）應征者應具有設計碩士或博士學位；

b）具有相關專業資格，并具有豐富的產品設計和開發行業經驗。

5) electrical and electronics engineering(1): physical and mems sensing, chemical sensing, biometric and biomedical sensing, multi-physics/multi-modal sensor simulation, computational sensing, sensor network and sensor fusion;

6) computer engineering(1): computer architecture, communication and information theory, distributed systems, network optimization, machine learning, fog and edge computing, signal processing;

7) system management(1): management science/industrial engineering/operations research/systems and control/optimization/decision science.

2. duties

the appointee will be required to:

1) conduct lectures, practical sessions and tutorials at postgraduate and undergraduate levels in related disciplines with new engineering education methodology;

2) supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students;

3) establish a vigorous research programme at the cutting edge of related disciplinary, and engage in other scholarly activities;

4) contribute to school and programme administration as well as curriculum development;

5) perform any other duties as assigned by the dean of school or his/her delegates.

3. qualifications

applicants should:

1) have a phd degree in related disciplines;

2) have relevant post-qualification experience in teaching and research;

3) have an excellent publication record in peer-reviewed international journals;

4) for the posts in design, the qualifications include:

a) applicants should have master's or phd in design;

b) a relevant professional qualification plus extensive industrial experience in product design and development.
