理工類全職博士后稅前兩年34—48萬元，管理類全職博士后稅前兩年30—44萬元；另外，獲選博士后創新計劃者，還將享受60萬/兩年的科研和生活補貼，獲選福建省海峽博士后項目資助（a類），還將享受50萬/兩年的科研和生活補貼。以上收入含保險租貼（學校負責辦理社會保險，提供60平方米以內的宿舍，須按標準交納房租；若校內暫無合適房源，允許自租，學校給予稅前2400元/月的租貼）；

全職博士后的科研成果按照學校相關獎勵辦法進行獎勵。各站點根據博士后工作情況和貢獻度，可有配套獎勵（詳見各站點招收需求表）。
